Complete renovated rustic house with 2 floors of independent access. This is the ground floor with a Queen Bed, sofa bed, full kitchen and Bathroom. Inserted in a rural space but close to the city, Serra da Estrela and main supermarkets. Garden facing the little river in a natural environment to the sound of Water & Birds. Located in the village of Arrifana, 1.4 km from the center of Seia, 1.8 km from the Museu do Pão, 1 km from Seia and 25 minutes from the Serra da Estrela tower.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

A cerca de 400 m existe a praia fluvial, que é uma piscina natural, bem como dezenas de praias e lagoas a escassos km's (local mais próximo dos mesmo). Alojamentos totalmente novo, com a traça arquitetónica da região, de madeira e pedra, com todas as condições para uma estadia agradável.

A casa está inserida numa quinta vedada. Tem vista sobre um lago, um pinhal e a Serra da Estrela, numa envolvente natural de grande beleza. Tem as comodidades adequadas para uns dias sossegados, com aquecimento de ar-condicionado e electrico, um frigorífico, um micro-ondas, um pequeno fogão de indução, uma cafeteira elétrica, um liquidificador, um grelhador a gaz e outro a carvão no exterior e máquina de café (cápsulas Delta).

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.
