Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. This lovely cottage is directly on the Russian River with gorgeous views. We've kept the original 1909 charm of the main living space while adding many new amenities. Your oasis awaits. BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.
