Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Peaceful Little Desert House - mountains, cactus!

So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home. There is a huge Party Barn on the property that can be added on for events, at a special rate.

Enjoy the spacious patio while you sip morning coffee or grill in the evening. You may find it hard to check-out of this cozy gem!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Year round (80°) pool(pool gate if wanted), the house is on a water filtration system with three bedrooms, free WiFi, spacious living room/ dinning area. Located right next to most essentials. We are LGBTQ friendly. Our house is NOT a laundromat, so do NOT bring your guests’ laundry over. Excessive use in utilities will be charged. Guests that are not on the reservation will be charged $50 per night.

Saguaro Courtyard Retreat near National Park

If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and the backyard offers peekaboo views of the Catalina mountains to the north. Easy access to the U of A (<4 miles) as well as all of the arts, eats, walking/hiking, views, and entertainment that Tucson has to offer!
