As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. We enjoy beach views and a very flat 50m walk to the sand from our backyard gate. Surrounded by dog friendly beaches and fully fenced yard. House has filtered drinking water plus filtered showers and bath. Ducted air conditioning and fireplace All bedding and linen is included in your stay.
