Our attractive, ground floor coastal apartment is most suitable for adults. It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

Spacious, comfortable two bed apartment occupying a commanding position, with perhaps some of the best views of the town, harbour and across the bay to Godrevy, yet, in a few steps you will find yourself in the bustling streets of St. Ives, a few steps more & there are four golden sandy beaches, one with the coveted blue flag award. Main bedroom has recently been refurbished and now has a superking zip & link bed that can be split into 2 singles on request. A small parking space is available.

The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

Great location - 2 mins walk to Porthmeor beach. 5 to Porthgwidden & the Harbour. 30ft sitting room with chandelier, window seat with pretty view down to the harbour & sea glimpses. Over 2 floors: main floor has large kitchen with Smeg range oven. Sitting room - TV + Netflix access, family bathroom with large bath & rainfall shower. Upstairs: kingsize bedroom + en suite toilet. Lay-out works well for a large family or 2 couples.

Cool your drinks and ice cream in the fridge-freezer or mix a cocktail. For breakfast utilise the espresso machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

Beautiful coastal walks across the road out to Hellesveor point which can lead out to Zennor or into St. Ives. Our home is situated on a private road with only a handful of neighbours.This property is at the top of St.Ives valley. It is 1 mile to the town centre.

The large living room opens onto a balcony which catches the afternoon sun and is a great place for an early evening drink or for watching the ever changing Atlantic ocean with a coffee. The apartment is a comfortable stroll from the harbour with its array of restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries.
