Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. Amenities include an outdoor shower, washer, dryer, barbecue, fire pit, fishing and outdoor wrap around patio. Ponds, canals, and Florida wetland host a variety of birds, mammals, fish and reptiles including the Florida gator.

You could possibly be entertained by the goats playing on the roof-tops.

We have a $20 maintenance fee for use of a golf cart to enjoy trails, head to the water to fish or visit our Scottish Highland cows and their babies! Go kayaking, fishing or canoeing on the St. John’s River or just enjoy the Florida sunshine!
