Come and relax in this two-story townhome. It’s an older home with many updates. First floor has small living room and kitchen. The upstairs has one bedroom and one bathroom. Conveniently located in a quiet area. Has all kitchen amenities. There's always free street parking on the block. New flooring throughout the property. New appliances. Welcome, I would love to host you during your stay. I have also stayed at Airbnbs when I have traveled out of town and I know exactly what you may be looking for. My place is easy to get to using gps, peaceful, clean, and centrally located. Water and a few snacks will always be available no matter what time you arrive. I installed black out curtains so you can sleep in. This booking is for 4 guest in 2 bedrooms 2 private full baths. I can host up to 5 w/additional fee of $25 for the 5th person.

Come stay in our charming and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath Cape Cod home located close to Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Rowan University, mall and outlet shopping and public transportation. The main floor has a large living room with flat screen TV and leads into the eat-in-kitchen. The laundry room has a beautiful bay window overlooking the spacious back yard. The upstairs bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. There is ample parking in the driveway for 2 or 3 vehicles.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Short drive to train lines for explorers. Bellevue State Park 1 mile away with biking and hiking 27 miles of trails. Rockwood Museum & Brandywine Valley attractions all a short drive. This is the second floor with steeper narrower steps. A private entrance. This 2-floor apartment is a short drive from most of Wilmington’s attractions and conveniently located near I-95, making it easy to get to other nearby cities as well. It will feel like your own small private townhouse with its private entrance and front deck. You can also easily walk to restaurants located downtown. You will be able to prepare meals in the kitchen and enjoy them in the adjacent dining room. The larger bedroom has a desk for the student/ working traveler.

One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room. Free WiFi and large smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Deck off of the kitchen and upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Laundry located in bedroom upstairs. NO CLEANING FEE
