Delph is a lovely village in Saddleworth to the west side of the Pennine Hills with picturesque views and close to Dobcross, Uppermill and Dovestone Reservoir. Lots of fantastic walks and activities for all to do. Great local country pubs and restaurants are close by, many in walking distance not to mention all the wedding venues too.

Cosy cottage -West Pennine Moors

The historic village of Chapeltown is ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing. A stone’s throw away is the friendly pub, offering great pub food. A 5 minute walk will take you to the Wayoh reservoir and surrounding areas leading to Entwistle and Jumbles Country park. Turton Tower is a short walk away and Bromley Cross train station is 1.5 miles with a direct line to Manchester and Clitheroe. The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.

Frankie's Cottage

Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated and features a wood burning stove and open wooden beams which has retained traditional character

The house is set on a country road. It is 1 mile to Tottington, Walshaw, Harwood or Affetside. Harwood and Breightmet golf clubs are close by. There are lots of country walks and restaurants near by. A stone cottage with 2 double bedrooms 1 bathroom with bath and shower 1 lounge/ diner, downstairs toilet and cellar with a small pool table. Outside is a small terrace.
