We have plenty of water, but ask that you please conserve as much as possible for showers and dishwashing.

One bedroom in-law apartment with Queen size bed, and Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. Close to downtown New Bedford with many restaurant options, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and Cuttyhunk. Short walk to the beach (1/4 mile), Fort Rodman and Fort Taber where there is a military museum and a walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, so you can arrive when convenient for you (as early as 9AM). No Guests or parties.

Brithaven Farm

Brithaven Farm is on 28 acres of fields, woods meadows and gardens. We are just 2 miles from East Beach and the Allen's Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. We are completely private from the road and reached by a long laneway through woods which opens up to fields and meadows The rental has 2 decks, one with a large awning with dining table and chairs to lounge and take in the view. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area with french doors leading to the deck.

A unique adult adventure awaits in this cozy hand crafted tree house! Nestled 12 feet off the ground amongst the chirping birds, red oaks & breathtaking views of Mink Cove in Buzzards Bay. The tree house is accessible by a suspension bridge that leads you to a partially covered porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or sit back & take in the sunset with a glass of wine. Step inside to the living space & snuggle up on the couch for an intimate evening.

Spacious 2 BR Cottage, Ocean View, Path to Beach

Forecastle is a two bedroom and one bath, full kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace and Roku TV. It includes a private deck with chairs and a screened-in porch with a picnic table. Additional amenities include outside showers, BBQ grill, use of the inn's facilities, and walk-on or car passes to a choice of Chilmark's Private Beaches - Lucy Vincent or Squibnocket during beach pass season.

Private entrance to the full 1st floor with an ocean view in quiet neighborhood. The apartment features a bedroom with full sized bed, private bathroom, private living room with dining area, gas fireplace, tv and couch. Washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and hot plate included are in the apartment. There also is an additional outdoor H/C shower, private patio and gas grill.

Garden level suite with private entrance in safe, quiet neighborhood. Completely new renovation with modern amenities, yet classic feel. Located within our family home, a historic structure dating back to the mid 19th century, originally Sawin Hall. Other incarnations of our home include The Second Advent Church and the Fairhaven Grange Hall.
