Private upper deck to the 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath suite with Open Kitchen, Living & Game Area w/ large flat screen TVs, Pool, Ping Pong & Foosball table. Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.
