WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! Welcome to the perfect getaway for any nature enthusiast. Boasting beautiful views of the sunset over the Pamlico Sound, this canal-front condo is an affordable way to experience waterfront living, OBX style! We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for kiteboarders, paddle boarders, wind surfers, or anyone who wants to witness the beautiful Hatteras Island sunsets!

Mann Cottage

Welcome to the Mann Cottage in Salvo! Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4, one lot back from NPS & a 2 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Wi-fi, 3 USB ports in each room. Smart TV. Screened porch & sun deck. Hot/cold outside shower. Quiet neighborhood, pleasant for bicycling, walking, and jogging, easy connect to 4 mi. long village pathway. Salvo is conveniently located in the middle of Hatteras Island making day trips to other areas quicker & easier to accomplish.

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

the Surf Bug: a new-fashioned one-bedroom bungalow

Fall is finally here and it's time for cozy:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

This charming cottage located steps from the ocean is loaded with character, originally built to be a diner in 1948 it has been renovated into a charming rental for you to enjoy! This small cottage is 810 sqft, 1 king bedroom and 2 xl twins in bunkroom, 1 queen sofa bed in the sunroom, 1 bath, with an open living, dining, kitchen area. The porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening happy hours!
