კოტეჯი მდებარეობს მესტიაში , მესტიის ცენტრიდან 1,5 კმ -ში . მესტიის კოშკების , მთა ბნაგურიანის და ჰაწვალის ტყის ფონზე . მესტიის ცენტრამდე 15-20 წთ (ფეხით) . კოტეჯი აღჭურვილია მინი სამზარეულოთი და ყველა საჭირო ნივთით . საძინებელი არის ანტრესოლზე ( 2ადგლიანი ლოგინი) პირველ სართულზე არის გასაშლელი დივანი. დივნის ჩათვლით 2 + 2. ამ კოტეჯთან ერთად გთავაზობთ გვერდზე მეორე კოტეჯს. მეორე კოტეჯს ნახავთ ჩემს პროფილზე . ეზოში გვაქვს საუნა და ღია ჯაკუზი , ეს ცალკე მომსახურეობა და ცალკე საფასურია .
