The flat and the whole area are nineteenth-century older period and it is decorated with furniture in such a way as to respect the feel of the place. The flat has 1 big suite with a king size bed that can be separated and have 2 single beds, 1 closet, 1 big complete bathroom and also a terrace to relax with exterior sofas. Then you have a living room (with a double sofa bed), an american kitchen, another little but complete bathroom as well another terrace to have the breakfast outside.

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

We are a family run hobby farm (quinta), about 30 minutes outside Lisbon. The studio for guests is newly renovated. The property itself is very relaxing and restful, you will wake up to the birds chirping! Keep in mind the house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
