Se encuentra ubicada en una de las áreas más seguras de la ciudad de Oaxaca, a tan solo 3 minutos en auto del Barrio de Jalatlaco (7 minutos caminando), 5 minutos en auto del centro histórico (12 minutos caminando) y 5 minutos en auto de Xochimilco (10 minutos caminando). La casa esta remodelada, es muy amplia y cuenta con un hermoso jardín y decoración inspirada en los magueyes.

Nowadays the hosts are experimenting life changes that do not allow them to receive and hang out with the guests as usual, therefore we ask you to be considered, respectful and self service as possible, we are a great maintenance team that will be in a schedule from 9am to 5pm Mon to Sat, to help with any urgent need. Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview is in a quiet gated neighborhood, five blocks from the main pedestrian street of Alcalá. The house was fully remodeled in 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. The view of the city and Soledad Church from the private rooftop terrace is breathtaking, and if you look in the right direction you can see Monte Albán. Our appreciation of Oaxaca shines through every mural and alebrije by local artists. See you soon!
