Inside a gated community, you will find everything you need from convenience stores to taco places and ice cream shops at walking distances, as well as playgrounds and parks. There’s also a mall 5 min drive from the house with shops, restaurants and movie theaters. You won’t need anything else but just to come, relax and have a wonderful time.

It is located in down town, just 5 to 15 minutes walks from every interest point in downtow, like "Callejón del Beso", "Teatro Juárez" and "Alhóndiga de Granaditas". Besides, you could enjoy our garden, that it is very rare to have one in down town, just perfect to rest, enjoy the nature and have a great time.

Tengo un problema con la ubicación, al momento de crear mi cuenta tomo otra. La ubicación exacta es, calle Nueva 11, Alameda, Guanajuato, Guanajuato. Cerca de el Templo del Buen Viaje.
