Please note: from June 2025-June 2026, our vineyard has been ripped out and we are in the process of replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards. Two bedrooms (primary w/ a queen bed and secondary w/ 2 twin trundle beds). The living room also has a sleeper sofa, and a queen size air mattress is available. 1 bathroom with updated shower. Outdoor deck with Santa Maria style BBQ pit (wood burning). Only a 20 min drive to Justin winery.

Our vacation cottage is fully equipped and located within Pismo Sands RV Resort; a private, gated park with facilities available to our cottage guests such as pool, spa, rental bikes, playground, laundromat, and convenience store. ATV's are not welcome within the resort; no exceptions!
