Restaurants, a cinema, and a shopping center in town are a short drive away. See the animals at the Charles Paddock Zoo, then go for a hike at Stadium Park. We are a bit off the beaten path so you will need to get around by car or Uber or Lyft. We have plenty of parking space available. My 9 year old Golden Retriever, Theo and his pal, my orange cat named Mango, will probably greet you upon arrival. They both love attention but are not allowed inside the guest house in case anyone has allergies. They look forward to meeting you! :)

Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

Our home is unique and fun with a warm and relaxing feel. This truly one of a kind custom in every way home was rebuilt and designed by ourselves over these past several years and now we wish to share it with you. Lounge in the backyard overlooking the Arroyo Grande creek or melt in the massage chair while watching a good movie in the loft. Our home is within walking distance to the charming AG village. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

The Feng Shui Room & private bath.

The Feng Shui Room, large, airy with inviting comfort. The Cal King bed is comfortable with it's foam mattress, luxurious down comforter and crisp clean sheets. The Feng Shui room has a little refrigerator. There is also a private bathroom with an out side bathtub and shower. There's an indoor one too of course. We will serve coffee around 8:00 and breakfast too if we like you. We have No cleaning fees or hidden charges.

I can help you navigate and enjoy THE SPECTACULAR BIG SUR COAST. My B&B is across the highway from the beach. Enjoy the walk into Cayucos along the beach or down the pedestrian/ bike path. It is 1&1/2 miles to shops and restaurants in our Historic BeachTown. Your space includes The Bedroom , Full Bath and Lounge-ALL PRIVATE. I Offer Full Access To The Deck Upstairs.
