Fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom w/ private terrace facing the sea, 4.5 bathrooms, Lounge area facing the sea with games and TV, pool with sunbeds and bbq, direct access to the beach. This spacious condominium is located in the Las Ventanas complex. It is on the first floor and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It has 2 Full size beds in one room, a Queen size bed in the other, and a King sized bed in the master. It has everything you will need access to, including parking. I live nearby on the same property, so any problems you may have, I will be able to address promptly. The neighborhood is a gated community about a half mile from the Cozumel downtown and ferry.

This is a 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, on the 4th floor of a 7-floor condominium building. The 7th floor is reserved for your pleasure… an infinity pool, hot tub, and entertainment area with amazing views of the ocean and island. The first floor provides a gym which I believe is rarely used.
