The apartment is situated on first floor and is about 50 square meters, composed by a bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, living room with sofa-sleeper, kitchen and terrace. All furniture is new : air conditioning, TV-LCD, internet access. The city tax is not included in the final amount : € 4 per person per night to pay by cash upon arrival.
