The stunning sand dunes by the home and the views of the setting sun on the ocean horizon are sure to impress. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

Cozy Guest Suite for a Quiet Country Getaway

*** PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING *** This studio guest suite has a private entrance, and private parking. It is a walk out basement apartment that is located under our main residence. There is no accessibility between the main house and the suite. We are located in a country setting, but just minutes from Carmel-by-the-Sea or Monterey. The home is in a very quiet, peaceful, rural setting. Enjoy the fresh air, and the sunlight through the beautiful oaks.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.

Enjoy this beautiful vacation home! A two-story house perfect for your stay in the Monterey Bay. Sand City is a small neighborhood on the California coast with area views. It is located between the cities of Seaside and Monterey on the dunes. We are only a few short miles away from all of the popular attractions. You will love the king size movable platform bed, the Hot Tub with an ocean view and the easy parking for several cars. Only a 10 minute drive to Cannery Row, and the Aquarium. The Beach, Golfing, Diving, Fishing, Hiking are a just a few minutes away as well.
