You have the whole fountain courtyard for your private outside lounging and entertainment (lit up magically at night). Note: Microwave, Toaster , coffee maker, washer dryer, refrigerator, NO FULL KITCHEN.

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.
