Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.

The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a garden. The Palace is located inside the historic center, very close to the Massimo theater and the Cala (the promenade along the sea in the historic center).

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

Vi troverete avvolti da un'atmosfera affascinante e suggestiva, a due passi da: Palazzo Reale, Cappella Palatina, Cattedrale, mercato Ballarò. La zona è ricca di ristoranti e di vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie o a chi viaggia per lavoro.

Panoramic apartment near Palermo Cathedral. The apartment is just off the main street of Palermo’s historical centre, a short walk from the station and airport bus. A modern kitchen and dining/lounge area leads on to a terrace with a breathtaking view of San Salvatore church. A staircase leads up a medieval tower to a sitting room with the bed in an alcove, the shower/toilet and another large terrace.
