Chalé Quitxiba

O Chalé QUITXIBA, que se ergue na típica e emblemática rua que lhe dá o nome, é um dos poucos edifícios do séc. XIX que ainda resistem naquela zona urbana, mantendo a traça original e alguns dos materiais mais vistosos, como o rico madeirame local. Antiga propriedade de uma família de uma roça de média dimensão, está localizado em pleno centro da frenética capital do país, muito perto do aeroporto e com fácil acesso pedonal a grande parte dos locais icónicos da cidade de S. Tomé.

Casa do Rio

Entre o jardim e o rio Papagaio fica a Casa do Rio. Espaço harmonioso com decoração cuidada na cidade de Santo António na margem do rio Papagaio. Com dois quartos, casa de banho, uma espaçosa sala de estar e uma cozinha bem equipada para utilização dos hóspedes. Pequeno almoço incluído na estadia é cuidadosamente preparado e servido pela Tita que todos os dias visita a casa para arrumação e limpeza geral. Belém est un petit village aux maisons dispersées s’étageant entre 330 et 400 m. d’altitude, au milieu des bananiers, des cacaoyers, des palmiers à huile, des arbres à pain et de nombreux arbres fruitiers. Une campagne à la végétation luxuriante, tout près de la petite ville de Trindade, au cœur du pays forro (les Forros sont ces habitants de l’île qui s’enorgueillissent de s’appeler les Fils de la Terre).

Dům má plně vybavenou kuchyň, ale lze si objednat snídaně, obědy i večeře. Dům má velkou terasu ve tvaru písmene L s nádherným výhledem na plantáž s kávovníky, banánovníky, citrusy a vzdálený oceán.
