Herzlich Willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Haus in Santana. Das Haus steht auf Stelzen direkt oben an der Klippe und bietet so einen außergewöhnlichen Blick über das Meer. Bereits morgens kann man diesen vom Bett aus genießen und den Sonnenaufgang und die ausfahrenden Fischer sehen. Dazu gehört ein traumhafter Garten (2000m2) mit Hängematte und einer riesigen Terrasse unter dem Haus. Hier lässt es sich herrlich im Schatten verweilen oder bei einem der kurzen Regengüsse in den Garten schauen.

Chalé Quitxiba

O Chalé QUITXIBA, que se ergue na típica e emblemática rua que lhe dá o nome, é um dos poucos edifícios do séc. XIX que ainda resistem naquela zona urbana, mantendo a traça original e alguns dos materiais mais vistosos, como o rico madeirame local. Antiga propriedade de uma família de uma roça de média dimensão, está localizado em pleno centro da frenética capital do país, muito perto do aeroporto e com fácil acesso pedonal a grande parte dos locais icónicos da cidade de S. Tomé.

The house is located in lovely surroundings with approx. 500 meters to the beach Sete Ondas which offers a restaurant and bar, as well as a lively beach with warm waves and the opportunity to surf. In the small town of Alto Douro you will be able to take a football match with the locals. You will also be able to buy a refreshment at one of the two bars in town. Don't expect Copacabana conditions, we are talking about local Sao Tome conditions :)
