Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

The spacious living room \has a gas fireplace and 65" TV. There are TV's in all bedrooms. The Master has a King bed and attached bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are Queen and share a bathroom. No pets allowed.
