Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

There is a full kitchen, sitting/eating area, queen bed in sleeping quarters with cable tv, a full bath & shower, and an outdoor terrace with views of Vermont’s Green Mountains. Nearby is the Battenkill River well known for fine fishing, canoeing and tubing. We are 40 minutes from Saratoga Springs, Manchester and Bennington.
