Cute and cozy, tucked into a nice wooded lot. Walking distance to Brimley State Park, 2 miles from Bay Mills Resort and Casino and Wild Bluff Golf course. Also near Mission Hill Overlook, Pendills Fish Hatchery, Soo Locks and Tahquamenon Falls. We have endless access to NCT (North Country Trail) for hiking. Short walk to the public access beach of Lake Superior (1 block) for swimming and breathtaking sunrise/sunsets. The entire area is loaded with trails for SXS, ATV and or snowmobiling.

This loft style apartment, located on the second floor of a 100 year old building in the tourist district of Sault Ste. Marie, MI was recently completely re-modeled. Full house, 2 bedrooms (sunroom could be third), 1.5 bath, full kitchen/dining room, living room, , towels and bed linens furnished, electric and gas heat. Supplied short ride to snowmobile and ATV trails. Can accommodate 2 to 10 people. Available for snowmobile, ATV's or fishing. for the golfer, wild Bluff Golf course is just a short distance away. . Located on a paved road approx. 2 miles from Brimley. Private back yard with picnic table and charcoal grill, charcoal provided.

The apartment is the downstairs of a duplex in a quiet safe neighborhood. The upstairs is also an Airbnb and can also be booked for 2 additional bedrooms and a second bath and kitchen. The downstairs Airbnb space is cozy and well lit, with hardwood floors throughout. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped.
