L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

A Scario, a soli due minuti a piedi dal lungomare ( circa 100 metri) vi è una porzione di appartamento costituita da un bilocale indipendente di 40mq, sito al secondo piano di una casa con giardino. E' dotato di zanzariere ed è composto da: ingresso, camera con armadio a ponte -il letto matrimoniale può trasformarsi in due letti singoli-, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, caminetto, angolo cottura, terrazzino con vista mare, TV, uso della lavatrice.
