Di nuovissima costruzione, con piscina ad uso esclusivo, si trova a quattro passi dalla spiaggia di Budoni. Ha un'accogliente zona soggiorno con cucina separata, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, una camera con letti singoli ed un altro bagno.
