The cabin offers a Double bed in the loft, air mattress, and a futon pull out couch, full bath, small kitchen with basic pots and pans, stove with oven, and a small refrigerator freezer. Hunting season is coming up, and there is over 30k acres of state land within 20 min.

No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Waterfront Hilltop primitive cabin over 1000' from dirt road with bunk bed and sleeping loft. Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
