Perfectly suited for a summer or winter holiday, as a couple or with the whole family, our exclusive flats offer living pleasure at the highest level in the midst of the Kitzbühel Alps, the Rofan Mountains and the Brandenberg Alps in the beautiful Alpbach Valley. Pets are welcome after prior registration for EUR 15.00 per day / pet. The use of the wellness area and the fitness room, as well as the ski and bike room is free of charge for all our guests. Unsere Ferienwohnung Edelweiß mit ca. 60m² verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, eine moderne Wohn-Küche und einen gemütlichen Balkon. Auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Achensee befindet sich ein gemeinsam genutzter Lounge-Bereich und Griller. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind neben unserem kostenlosen Parkplatz inklusive. Unseren Gästen stehen alle Freizeiteinrichtungen im Karlingerhof sowie der Garten und die große Spielwiese zur Verfügung.

Unser Haus "KristallTurm®" liegt etwas außerhalb von Achenkirch, direkt an der B181. Es wurde 2016 neu renoviert und mit Fußbodenheizung, modernen Bädern, etc. hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung "Guffert" hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und einer Schlafcouch für eine Person, eine kleine Küche mit Essgelegenheit, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und WC.
