My little green Granny house - near Corn Palace

This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

Get away from it all when you stay in this unique barn in the country. Lots of room for family get togethers with wide open spaces. Living space is located at the top of the barn with open space and bathroom on main level. Also a cozy loft with king size bed. We have a fire pit to enjoy beautiful South Dakota evenings as well has ping pong and corn-hole. Please be aware that there are 30 stairs to the living quarters. There are several public hunting/fishing areas nearby.

The Corn Palace Cottage - Amazing Location !

Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! This is a 4 bedroom farm house on a working cattle farm started by my husbands grandfather in rural Yankton county. The land includes lakes where hunting could be arranged and there are many local CRP acres in the area as well. Located on a paved road 1.25 miles from Lesterville, SD. Local area: 25 miles from Yankton, SD, 20 miles to Lewis and Clark Lake, 50 miles to Pickstown, SD. Enjoy the piece and quiet after a long day on the lake or hunting.

Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.
