This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Cute and quiet neighborhood located in the historic town of Jefferson, Iowa famous for its Bell Tower Festival and often a host town for Rag Brai! This 3 bed room home has the original hardwood floors. The decor is farmhouse and English Cottage Style. A "rookery" is a nesting site for herons, a bird that prefers quiet, undisturbed habitat near water. And so the Rookery Cottage seeks to provide a natural escape from the daily grind.
