This house is clean and well kept, in a quiet neighborhood, and would be perfect for long term visits or one night stays. It is newly remodeled with a TV in all the bedrooms and new furnishings. This place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach which is about 20 minutes away, public transport, and main attractions on the peninsula. You’ll love my place because of the location and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. A short drive to Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Point Lobos, Big Sur, CSUMB, Laguna Seca. Enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning on the patio with a view of beautiful Monterey Bay, or a gorgeous sunset before heading out for an evening on the town in Old Monterey, or Carmel-by-the-Sea.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Amazing Country Setting at Cottage Creek Vineyards

Lovely 1000 Sq. ft. Cottage in the heart of wine country. A 400 sq. ft. delightful back patio with fire pit, full kitchen and bathroom makes this the perfect home away from home. Amenities include queen bed, wifi, TV's, fire place, & parking. We are a live winery and have wine tasting two weekends and two Friday evenings a month. We usually have live music, wine tasting is in the same vicinity as the Cottage.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have all new furnishings. The mattresses are high quality and new. All linens are new. Immaculate house. Everything you need for a home away from home. Kitchen is complete in every way. There is a large deck with patio furniture and new BBQ. There is one security camera located in the front yard.
