The cabin is only a few miles away from town if you happen to forget something. We have provided a fire pit and some wood, there are bundles available for purchase if you need more, propane grill and a swing on the porch to enjoy the outdoors. There is a launch and dock if you so choose to bring your boat to fish, hunt or just relax.

Built in 1867, the Averill Block is consider the oldest continuous use commercial building in the State of Michigan as well as the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. All communication will be within the booking channel you use for your reservation.

Super clean, all duvet covers and blankets washed after every guest. Phone/watch charging stations in the bedrooms. Coffee and coffee bread included with every stay. No pets please!
