Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. Welcome to beautiful Sefton & our heritage home, parts dating back to 1865. Wake to the sound of birdsong in & decide what to do for the day, be it chilling onsite, fishing, exploring walks around Mt Thomas or visiting the many vineyards only 20mins drive away. With Rangiora and Christchurch a mere 10-25 mins drive there is plenty to do and see before relaxing in a tranquil country setting. Well behaved pets are welcome. Please note we have chickens, cats & stock so care needs to be taken

Great holiday house by an amazing beach, has everything you need for a perfect holiday or get away. Short easy walk (5 mins) to the beach, local shop, tennis courts (free to use), playground, park and toddler pool everything you need is close by. Waikuku Beach has a surf club that has patrols over the summer. View of the estuary and ocean from upstairs lounge. Private secure property completely fenced with off street parking. WIFI - fibre. Christchurch and airport less than 30 mins away.

The location, space offers so much for a memorable holiday. Unfortunately this space is not suitable for tradesmen or children.

Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

Our Lyttel Whare (house) is a brand new, architecturally designed tiny home, thoughtfully located and decorated to maximise stunning harbour and hill views and to reflect our funky Lyttelton vibe. With access to a range of local walks, markets, eateries and activities, a break away will leave you feeling enriched and indulged with great memories to take with you. We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

Cozy slightly rustic snug (compact) sleepout with Smàrt TV and WiFi. 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Rangiora shopping centre, making it easy to plan your visit. Small outside private area with porch. One room with queen bed and ensuite No kitchen. Has microwave small fridge, off street free parking, HEATPUMP warm on a cold day cool on hot days. 30 minutes drive to central Christchurch and airport. Matawai nature park 2 minute walk.

Nestled between the walnut trees is a modern, private space in the country but so close to the city. 15 minutes to/from Christchurch Airport. This is lifestyle block that runs as a little farm. Take a walk and enjoy the countryside. An easy drive to the supermarkets and every takeaway that you can think of! Relax on the covered deck, and absorb the space. Not suitable for infants/children.
