This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

The Loft is a three bedroom apartment renovated from the barn's original hayloft, with hand-detailed, reclaimed decor and a stunning view of our farm/orchard. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!
