Close to Curtis gateway we are perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

Shopping, dining, taverns, a winery, coffee shops, laundromat, and a movie theater all within a 5 minute walk. You will be steps away from gift shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Bayshore Park! In the Summertime Bayshore Park has Farmers Markets on Mondays and live music on Tuesdays. The park is also where all of the 4th of July festivities take place, you can even watch the fireworks from the living room windows!
