As the valley became more residential the cottage has been nicely converted to a comfortable indoor/outdoor living space. Pasture and farm still abound and mix with wildlife and recreation. Olympic National Park and Forest just to the south. Strait of Juan de Fuca and Dungeness Recreation Area to the north. Pacific Ocean to the west and Hood Canal and Seattle to the east.

Relax and enjoy yourself in this spacious studio with a view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the San Juan Islands. This newly renovated 800 sq ft studio is the perfect place to watch ships sailing, track the weather moving across the water, and spy Mount Baker. The unit is located close to the John Wayne Marina, the Olympic Discovery Trail, lavender farms and downtown Sequim. The Olympic National Park and the ferry to Victoria, BC is just a short drive away.

Our cozy country retreat is a 700 sq ft, 1 king bed, 1 bathroom house above a garage on 5 acres at the foothills of the Olympic Mountains. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountain valley and wildlife sighting from the deck or hot tub. 15 minutes to Sequim, 35 minutes to Port Angeles, and 40 minutes to Port Townsend. So close to these towns but a world away. The entrance staircase has 13 steps. No cell reception for most carriers but we have strong starlink wifi.

Private guesthouse with it's own entrance and yard. We're located above Sequim, approximately 2 miles from downtown shops, restaurants and parks. Very close to the Olympic Discovery Trails, Sequim Bay State Park and Marina, Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, Dungeness River Audubon Center and Railroad Bridge Park. The Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge and Deer Park are close enough for day trips and Neah Bay and the coast are approximately 2 hours away.
