Welcome to your charming one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Richfield, Utah—a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and affordability. Located just 2 blocks from Main Street and the city park, and a short walk to local amenities like restaurants and a movie theatre, this newly listed apartment offers an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment accommodates up to four people, with a queen bed as well as a queen-size air mattress and couch available for extra sleeping space.

Home Base Resort #3

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring a pet.

Garden Cabin at Wildland Gardens w Sauna Access

The garden guesthouse is a quaint space surrounded by shrubs and gardens. The room has a comfy queen bed and sofa futon. This space is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is cozy yearr-round with great heat and lovely AC and night sky views. The restrooms are a shared space in our converted farm silo. They are approximately 20 yards from the guesthouse. If your accommodation of choice is a hotel, this is not your spot. The guesthouse has a firepit, chairs and a picnic table.

La Casita on Main St

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
