The property is gated so your belongings are always safe. 5 min drive to shops, cafes, cinemas & Sirromet Winery. 10 mins drive to island ferries. NO parties/events OR entertaining permitted. NO 3rd party bookings accepted as this is against our/airbnb policy. No charging of EV’s. NO SMOKING

Located just 15 minutes to Brisbane CBD and 25 minutes to the Gold Coast. Large 5 bedroom family home set on a large block with a swimming pool. Parents retreat. 2 full bathrooms with 3 toilets. Large kitchen and 2 family areas. Big deck for entertaining, but as per Airbnb policy, we do not allow parties. Large driveway. The driveway is a shared driveway with a side property that is not accessible by guests. This is a private property where tenants reside and will use the shared driveway.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the stunning bayside suburb of Shorncliffe, 17 kms north of Brisbane CBD. The ‘Sunday Sleep-Inn’ is a spacious self-contained studio situated on the ground floor of our renovated Queenslander home. We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Comfortable Unit.

Our unit is airy, light and spacious. The unit has two entrances with easy access from the parking area which is off street. There is a gas bbq outside the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with bar stools. The unit has a washing machine and a wash line on the verandah. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a dining table and tv lounge. The bedroom space has a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit but smoking outside is fine.
