This is a newly renovated home in a two-unit house in Port Ewen, 5 min to historic Kingston. We have carefully planned and renovated this home with a work/leisure lifestyle in mind. The space is designed for an individual, a couple, close friends, or a small young family. There are swimming places and parks walking distance as well as amazing coffee, shopping, art, attractions, events, etc. Note that this place has noise from traffic on the main road (ear buds and white noise machine provided).

This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath cottage with four person barrel sauna at Swinging Bridge Reservoir, Sullivan County's largest motorboat lake. This chalet A-Frame was the first of it's kind built by the original owners of Hunter Mountain Ski bowl! It is a mere 500 steps to the front steps of their legendary lodge. The Chalet is perfectly preserved and in a magnificent location to experience all that Hunter and it's iconic ski hill have to offer. At the end your days adventures come home to a blue stone fire pit and make smores under the Catskill stars! The infrared sauna will melt away any stress!

Serene riverfront home, just outside the Village of Saugerties with strong Wifi for easy work-from-home. You can swim, canoe, fish on the banks of the Esopus direct from your own home. Bright and stylish space with clean aesthetic, direct water access with lovely views across the Esopus to a protected preserve - ideal for dinners on the deck in Summer or Fall. Or cozy up by the fireplace in Winter after skiing at Hunter, and binge on movies on the large TV.
