The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. This home situated across from Ethan Allen Park is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to the North Ave beaches. Designed in keeping with the 1930's bungalow aesthetic of the main house, the cottage sleeps up to 4 with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. Skylights brighten the lofty interiors. The cottage is well insulated and features centrally ducted heat and A/C, providing excellent climate control to suit your comfort preferences.

The Spring Hill House

Escape to a haven of natural beauty and tranquility at The Spring Hill House. Our unique bow roof home offers breathtaking views of Camel’s Hump and the majestic Green Mountains, the perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway. Despite being removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, The Spring Hill House is still centrally located, providing easy access to some of Vermont's most popular destinations. Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

*Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Forest Hideaway

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
