Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

Welcome to Cozy Midtown Cottage! (With a new AC unit! ) Here you will find everything you need for your traveling needs. There are two bedrooms, one with a very comfy king and another with a queen size bed. This cottage has a full size kitchen stocked with the basics as well as a crockpot, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. You’ll find a 55 inch tv, a dedicated office space and a full sized bathroom. Note: the basement is another AirBnb, that is available to rent upon request and availability

The Snake River Downtown Retreat

Welcome to your fabulous suite just steps from the Greenbelt Riverwalk! This place has it all including: A King memory foam bed, 12" Waterfall Shower, comfy futon, 55" Smart TV w/ Fiber internet, Washer & Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dishwasher & Fireplace. Enjoy all downtown has to offer on foot just outside your door. The Temple is one block away and the Family Genealogy Center just across the street. I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Temple View Haven

Enjoy your peaceful getaway at our Temple View Haven. This space is the upstairs of our home that we remodeled, added a master bathroom, and created a haven for couples to relax and enjoy their time together. You will enter through your private entrance on the back of our home and ascend the stairway that was originally tucked away in a closet, almost a hidden stairway to the upstairs. The stairs are a little steep and ceilings are low so watch your step and your head. There is no kitchen.

The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
