Located in leafy Sherwood only 12kms from the CBD, Hood Street is ideally located off the main road, within walking distance to the train, Bus and the main hub of Sherwood, where you will find everything you need; cafes and restaurants, supermarket, bakery, doctor and pharmacy. There are 2 secure off street parking spaces under the building, plus plenty of street parking for visitors. Sherwood is located on the main train line to the CBD, and is on the bus route to the University of Qld.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
