Relax with the whole family or friends at this 1 bed room apartment. It’s cozy, well lit, spacious and quiet. Owner’s family live upstairs. Minutes away from the beach or other good restaurants and other touristy locations, 1 hr train ride away from NYC. Beds- 1 Queen bed in bedroom, a double air mattress, and a full size couch. Kitchen has no conventional oven, equipped with electric stove, Air fryer, and microwave oven for light cooking. No laundry onsite. No parties or events allowed.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
