This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The Studio at Lyrebird Ridge Organic Winery

Lyrebird Ridge Organic winery is tucked away in the quiet area known as Budgong. Set back off the road, you feel away from everything. National parks, Budgong Creek and a special view from a nearby lookout are all close by. Take time to visit our cellar door, sit around the firepit or find a quiet seat at one of the five dams. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.

Our family home is located in the perfect spot next to Manyana Beach. Situated on a beautiful, quiet and leafy position on Sunset Strip. We enjoy beach views and a very flat 50m walk to the sand from our backyard gate. Surrounded by dog friendly beaches and fully fenced yard.
