Artfully Renovated Stone House Overlooking the City of Noto

Ancient walls and modern conveniences coexist in peaceful harmony in this architect's house. Glazed doors in the bedrooms and living areas open onto a rolling landscape. Dine alfresco on a sheltered patio and go for a swim in a pool with a view. Le Casuzze is a holiday home which was completed in the summer of 2017 and designed by an architect from Bologna. It is perfectly integrated in the landscape behind the baroque town of Noto, and offers a superb view of the sea, the town and the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Finding a balance between luxury and simplicity is difficult task, which the the architect has mastered incredibly well. The three bedrooms (all of which have a separate en-suite bathroom) have replaced the stables, whilst the living room is placed in the old housing quarters. There where empty space previously separated the two buildings now stands the kitchen. A fourth bathroom is accessible via the living-room. All the rooms are connected with one another and can also be accessed via the outside terraces, which face the south and east respecitively – the former offering a superb panomaric view of the surrounding landscape. The seven-by-seven-meter large pool was designed to resemble a Gebbia: an antique water reservoir; The pool area constituting the transition between the house and the mediterranean Macchia. The entire property is defined by an incredibly calm and harmonious atmosphere and is the perfect place to wind down. Le Casuzze is located on a beautiful ridge behind Noto, overlooking the city and the sea. Take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean scrub from here, undisturbed by the few houses in the neighborhood.

La casa è un edificio rurale restaurato di 100 mq con tre zone letto e una grande cucina semplicemente arredate. Sul lato monte una stanza con letto matrimoniale (1,5x2m) e un piccolo bagno; sul lato mare un mezzanino con letto matrimoniale (1,6x2m), una stanza con due letti singoli e un ampio bagno. La casa è circondata da spazi a terrazza che consentono di godere la vita all’aperto o all'ombra di un carrubo monumentale, nel silenzio della natura con una vista a 180° sul Golfo di Castellammare.

E' una nuovissima struttura ricettiva ultimata nel gennaio del 2017 ed ubicata sul piazzale principale del borgo di Montalbano Elicona, a soli 25 metri dal portale di accesso al Castello Federico II. La casa vacanza conta di ampia zona living con cucina, una stanza da letto molto ampia con doccia in camera, servizi igienici ed un ampio terrazzo che guarda alle montagne. La sua particolare posizione la rende unica sul territorio.

San Vito Lo Capo Rustico sul mare Monte Cofano

Casa in stile dentro la riserva naturale del Monte Cofano a circa 400 m dal mare con una splendida vista sulla baia di Macari ,contesto naturale esclusivo. La casa era un vecchio rifugio contadino ed è stata ristrutturata con estrema cura dei particolari in tufo e pietra balata. E’ un luogo per gli amanti del relax, natura e privacy. All’esterno il giardino ha vista mare sull'intera baia ed è terrazzato con pietra balata antica e mosaici e una panca in pietra e ceramiche siciliane.

E’ un monolocale immerso nella storia della Contea di Modica, in pieno percorso turistico principale ed a due passi da tutto. Un arco a sesto acuto, una nicchia scavata nella roccia, un angolo incompiuto ed una piccola porta di passaggio murata lasciano facilmente intuire che si tratti proprio dell'antica Postierla del Castello dei Conti di Modica, posizionato poco più in alto. Immergiti nella storia della misteriosa Modica, iniziando proprio dalla Tua stanza.
