Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. Charming, rustic, ocean front cottage in the heart of the hip Nye Beach district in Newport, Oregon! Cottage sits on a bluff with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. These historic cottages were built in 1910 as summer cottages and retain their original charm. There are very few of these original cottages left! Walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, performing arts, visual arts, galleries, shopping and pubs... this place has it all! Sunsets here are breathtaking.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

We are set in a forested, high-bank oceanfront 7-Acre setting at Otter Rock, along with 10 other privately owned chalets. The community shares a private path with access to the best surfing beach in the area! Restored to a 1969 vibe, fans of vintage A-Frame villages, surfers, and free spirits will love this spot.
