The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. It's a new build apartment. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. The parking is very close to the apartment. Contact us for anything.

Novouređeni apartman kapaciteta za 4 osobe je moderno opremljen, čine ga spavaća sobe s bračnim krevetom i dodatni bračni krevetom u dnevnom boravku, kuhinja, kupaonica i balkon. Wi-Fi, parking, boravišna pristojba i AC su u cijeni. Pješčana plaža je na 30 sekundi hoda od apartmana, a udaljen je od ostalih plaža, glavne trgovine, pošte, ljekarne i restorana na 5 minuta hoda. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
